Hi There! We have a wonderful online auction in the works starting on Friday, July 16th at 8:00am. The items included in this online auction are from a lovely, well maintained home in the Paper Mill Hollow area of North East, featuring a quality assortment of furnishings, tools, garden equipment, collectibles, and more fun offerings that are looking for a new home!
A preview/inspection day is scheduled for Tuesday evening , July 20th from 5pm-7pm which gives you the opportunity to see the items in person. If you would like to schedule an appointment for inspection day, or have any further questions about any of the items, please feel free to call/text Chris at 814-504-9532.
The online auction is hosted at estatesales.net where you can get in on the bidding action. If you hadn't already done so, you'll need to sign-up for a simple account on estatesales.net to actively bid. We will continue to add additional items throughout the auction; please make sure you keep checking back. Thanks and have fun bidding from home!
Please Note:
The online auction bidding is a "hard close" process , similar to Ebay, as opposed to a "soft close" process used by other online auction platforms, which extends the time if there is active bidding towards the end. There is no time extension using this particular platform. The bidding ends when the allotted time for each item expires, which is displayed under each item. Also, entering a maximum "max" bid doesn't necessarily mean you will pay your maximum bid. The system will automatically keep bidding on your behalf against other bidders up to your placed "max" bid for convenience purposes.
