Condition: Very good condition

This is a set of four dishes (three small and one serving), all hand-painted and marked Nippon, which dates these pieces to before 1927.

The dishware is all in very good to excellent condition, with no cracks, chips or other noticeable imperfections.

The smaller plates (each measures approximately 5.75") have bird designs with gold gilding on the edge. Each is marked with logo for Saji & Kariya Co. (S&K), Los Angeles based company that imported general merchandise from Japan.

The larger plate (approximately 9.75), appears to be a serving plate and has a landscape lake scene hand-painted on the bowl. The hallmark on this plate is in green and is for the Morimura Bros. importers.

Serving plate and smaller dishes are not a matched set, but I am selling this together as Nippon ware dating to circa 1920
