Coastal Estate Services, llc is based out of Carrollton, VA. Free consultations, no upfront costs and commission based. We generally hold a 3 day sale in which there is a discount on the 2nd and 3rd days. Sales are rain or shine, however there would be an exception for extreme weather or extreme illness. In such events, there will be a rescheduled date. We provide event insurance and a fair time for families to remove personal items prior to sale day. In previous sales, Coastal has partnered with "Rick's Pick's. We have conducted sales all over Hampton Roads.
