Free Consultation. No fees up front. We do ALL the work.

Everything to make your sale very successful is included. We sort, organize, prep, stage, price & photograph all contents of the house, garage and yard. We research and price EVERYTHING. This usually takes 1-2 weeks depending on size of project. We advertise on various sites, send out e-mails, personal invitations to bigger buyers and numerous professional signs to generate as much activity and income as possible. If we come across hidden personal treasure or photos we set aside for the family. Payment is typically delivered within 2-3 days.
After the sale we can arrange to have the remainder of contents donated to a local charity.
