Staging items utilizing furniture, tables, and shelving, also covering tables with tablecloths for a more appealing look.
Photograph items to display for advertising and individually price each item accordingly.
Advertise the sale on EstateSales.net and various Social Media sites and display street signs the day before and on the day of the sale.
After the sale, we provide you with a detailed sales report and pay you your portion of the proceeds once all other expenses are paid (per agreement).
