Unlike many similar companies, We live and work in West Texas. From contract signing until the door closes, we, personally, handle every step of the sale process. I am physically present during the set up, pricing and actual sale. You are paying me for not only my 35 years of expertise in conducting sales, but also, you are paying me to be physically present for every aspect of your sale. When comparing companies, please ask the owner of the company if they live here in West Texas and will be present during every phase of your sale.
In researching your unique sale items, I consult many experts in a specific area to arrive at the sale price.
Another factor that must be considered when hiring a company, labor is the costliest line item. I try to do most of the pricing and setup myself to hold down your labor costs. Some companies may charge a lower percentage but use a "team" to work your sale, thereby, costing you hundreds or thousands more in labor costs.
