Ask how long the company has been conducting estate sales. I have been in the estate sale business for almost 30 years and have owned and operated an antique shop as well.
Keep in mind that certain "Logos, awards or business affiliations" can be purchased and do not necessarily mean that you are getting a more reliable company. True experience counts!
I am insured and my staff consists of family and crew who have many years of experience in reselling. They know our customers and they are honest and respectful of your home.
Finally: visit a sale if possible. If the home is clean and well organized and the staff is friendly and helpful then that is probably the way your sale will be handled.

Advertising is the KEY to a successful sale. Often during the sale our crew will still be promoting items on Social Media. This helps to reach people that our regular advertising may not reach.
I have an extensive mailing list and advertising is promoted on Craigslist, Other local papers depending on where the sale is located, Trade magazines in the case of a business, our companies Facebook page as well as other Facebook pages that sell merchandise.
I can obtain appraisals for you on fine art and jewelry. Fees vary as to the time involved. We pay for the first hour of appraisals.
Bottom line is, if you don't make money I don't make money so I am highly motivated to get you TOP dollar for your estate items!
