A sales representative will arrange to meet with you to discuss the scheduling of the sale and any pre-sale setup time needed to prepare for the sale. Materials needed for the sale are supplied such as tables, clothing racks, labels/tags, bags and wrapping paper, etc.
Staging
We organize, clean and display all sale items attractively for maximum sale.
Special Arrangements*
Catering services, invitation design and mailing, security, valet services, movers or anything else required for a successful sale. Ask about our friends and family sales we offer.
Pricing
We make sure all items are accurately priced to current market values.
Sale Signage
Sale signage will be placed for maximum awareness and direction to sale as well as directional/informational signage for the sale site.
Sale Advertising
We advertise on Estatesales.net as well as on social media outlets. Detailed photos of sale inventory will be taken and used for advertising purposes. We also send an email blast to our past sale patrons.
Conducting Sale
Our team of courteous, qualified professionals are well versed in conducting estate sales with a combined experience of fifty years.
* Other special arrangement services required for the sale other than the standard services will be billed as a separate charge.
