Brandy and Joe had already been in the resale business for more than 20 years when they stopped by an estate sale one fateful day. After walking through the sale, they realized that they could put their experience and expertise to use providing much better service and value to both homeowner clients and estate sale finders and shoppers. They started Memory Lane Estate Sales in 2012 to conduct estate sales in and around the greater Kansas City Metro Area.

From their extensive experience in the resale market, they know the importance of proper research into valuations and current market prices. They have assembled a team of product experts, and they use their personal knowledge and expert advice to get fair prices and quick sales for the assets.
