We can handle all aspects of both the personal property and real estate portions of your estate. We have trucks, trailers, mobile office, cash registers, sound systems and appropriate computers and software depending upon the type of sale we are conducting. Our largest sale to date was $76,000,000 and smallest was $998. We specialize in antiques and jewelry with a vast knowledge of most every aspect of personal property. Every sale starts with a no obligation walk through consultation to establish the scope and complexity of your particular sale. There is no single formula as every estate is different requiring a variety of solutions including on-line and referral work.

5 Star! We hired Epic Estate Sales to handle my in-laws' huge estate of collectibles, vintage items, furniture, and general housewares. I was very impressed with the staff. 5 Star I had a blast at Epic's last sale! The staff had it so well organized that I got through the house twice in 2 hours and bought my fill of vintage items. The professional staff was so helpful. Sharon was like a store sales associate showing me this and that in case I missed anything. Most everything was fairly priced. This was a monster sale and I highly commend this group on the massive amount of work put into this sale to make it a pleasure to shop for the hundreds of people who visited. We can't thank you enough for the fantastic job you and your staff did on our estate sale. Epic Estate Sales was a life-saver for us. You were very highly recommended by another agent and we feel so lucky to have you. We felt as if a huge burden was lifted off us as you began to take on the task of clearing a 4,000 sq. foot house of 30 years of living.
First you were able to accomplish the task in a very tight time frame as our house sold in 2 weeks and we had only 4 weeks to vacate. Everything was efficiently organized and displayed with little inconvenience for us.
Your knowledge of the value of hundreds of various items was amazing. Things we would have sold at a garage sale for $10 or $20, you were able to get hundreds.
We truly appreciated how honest and straight-forward everyone was in all your dealings with us. We always received an answer to any question we asked, the terms were more than fair for the variety of services you provided, and the accounting after the sale was appreciated.
All our neighbors were notified of the "event" so they didn't mind the extra traffic for 3 days and they really enjoyed coming to the sale too.
Excellent advertising and your many internet contacts brought a large crowd ready to buy. We can hardly believe that everything sold in such a short time.
During the sale you had security and staff on hand to help buyers move out large or heavy items, a touch almost unheard of in other estate sales. When we returned after the sale the house was clean and ready for the new buyers to move in.

You and your staff certainly earned your commission. Jeanne kept saying she was going to have several garage sales!
