Xcntric sales are the best! At a fraction of the cost of store prices, I have furnished a summer cottage with items from Xcntric Sales (just got 2 new life jackets and 3 throw rugs, all with tags). Often they reduce prices by a percentage on the second day- making it worth my time to attend both days of the sale. The owners are also very courteous and have replied promptly to messages. Kim and Claire of Xcntric Estate Sales are angels put on this earth to help people in a tight spot with clearing out at home. "This was our first experience with an estate sale. We made a few calls from the phone numbers we gathered then arranged an interview. The girls showed up, made a quick evaluation then walked us thruogh the process. We gave them the green light and set a date. About 10 days prior they came in and went to work.
The estate and it's contents had been neglected for a time and everything needed a good cleaning. I would stop in on a daily basis in the evening, after their work hours, and was amazed at their progress. Everything was cleaned, catagorized and priced.
