From the moment Laura contacted me, I had such a good feeling. I could tell she was knowledgeable, hard-working, and kind. I hired Laura to organize a Living Estate Sale for my father, because his house needed to be readied for sale. I really didn’t have the time to manage all of the items remaining in his house that he did not want to keep. It was a task that loomed heavy and was such a huge undertaking I knew I couldn’t do myself. Once I accepted Laura’s proposal to manage the sale for me, I never had a single regret. She went through a storage building, a greenhouse, an outdoor patio, a garage attic, the garage itself, a breezeway, a front porch, and the entire large 2 story house, closets and all! She even went through things we thought no one would want and found some treasures! She is a great communicator…patient, fair, prompt, and so friendly. I really didn’t have to lift a finger except to take a call or answer an occasional text from her. She did the hard work which ranged from digging through boxes, cleaning things up, arranging them to make them more attractive for the buyers, and running the entire 2-day sale without me there. I had no qualms about giving Laura a key to do what she needed. She is honest & trustworthy. She also does everything she can to make sure your family member’s home and items are as protected as possible during the sale prep. Laura was able to get the sale ready & completed in an efficient length of time. Having a (Living) Estate Sale with Laura is really a win all around and has zero negatives. The home gets cleaned out while money is brought in for your loved one. There was nothing I had to provide Laura up front except information & access to the home, no money or anything else. I couldn’t be more pleased with this experience. If you use Laura’s company for your sale, you are doing yourself a huge favor. We had to make a decision on what to do with our mothers things in her house after she passed and toiled with the idea of an estate sale and was just really unsure of how to go about getting rid of our mothers belongings. Our friend gave us a name of a lady that was in the estate selling business and we talked with her but she was unable to to help us at the time due to prior commitments but gave us a name of another lady that also was in the estate sale business. Her name was Laura and the rest is history! We were so delighted with Laura’s hard work and knowledge of putting prices on things to sell along with finding treasures up in the attic that I didn’t even know my mom had! She truly has been a pleasure to work with along with her sweet mother, Linda. They are both very honest and trustworthy. We had no hesitations in giving her our keys and garage door code to get their job done in the home. Laura also has an online eBay site so even after the sale is finished, she will take what didn’t sale and sell it on eBay so you’re still getting residuals afterwards. We are so glad we decided to go ahead with an estate sale. You really can’t go wrong with Laura! We highly recommend her!
