When we decided to move to an already furnished home out of state, we contacted Brian Ellis regarding holding an estate sale for our household furniture and items. He responded very quickly and came over to evaluate what we had to sell. He explained the process very thoroughly, from how they would appraise our belongings and assign them appropriate values to how they would have someone come pick up everything that was left at the end of the sale. He also managed our expectations quite well about how much items would sell for.

The people that he sent to price everything were excellent and professional. They were the ones that also worked the sale so there was continuity from pricing to selling. The sale was well-advertised in advance and it ran very smoothly. And, as Brian had told us, on the day after the sale, there was a company that came to collect everything that didn't sell and left us with a cleaned out house.

Brian was professional and worked very hard to make our sale a success. Selling an entire house of furniture and items is difficult, but Brian and his team made it as easy as possible. Brian and his team were excellent and I highly recommend them. Beth MJuly 2020
