We understand that this can be a difficult time for the family and beneficiaries, and we strive to make the process as easy, transparent and holistic as possible.
Our turn-key services, mean that once you choose to use Last Minute Estate Sales & Buyouts we will:
- Provide you with a free on-property consultation to help you decide your course of action.
- Stage the home for sale of items
- Identify and preserve items of personal or sentimental value.
- Pack and box items requested by clients.
- Review staged house with client prior to sale to ensure treasured family items that may have been missed before are kept.
- We will photograph and advertise the sale to ensure maximum exposure.
- We will run and staff the sale. Typically 3 days.
- After conclusion of sale and after a review of items remaining, arrange for the clearing of the house.
Throughout this process we believe in as much or as little involvement from the family as they wish.
We do not expect any work or involvment on the part of the family, However you are welcome to be a part of any or all of the process, should you desire.
Our philosophy is that there is no single solution, but rather circumstances and individual needs though the grieving process, require an individual solution.
