We realize the decision to conduct an estate sale usually follows an unfortunate life event. We pride ourselves in being compassionate with family members during these tough times. We will not pressure anyone to sell anything. Each sale is unique and we customize our pricing as such. There is no standard fee or commission. We happily work with families to ensure they receive the best outcome during their estate sale.AAA will pay for all advertising costs prior to the sale(s). This may include print advertising, estatesales.net and other social media, emails or text messages to our loyal client list, and/or directional signs in appropriate places for locating the sale. Parking signs for the date of the sale(s) will also be provided by AAA. We will also provide all resources needed to organize, display, research, price and sell the contents of the property in a professional and customer-friendly atmosphere. AAA partners with a network of other professionals to create a win-win situation for our clients. These partners include subject matter experts, auction houses, estate liquidators, etc. It's possible that a portion or all sale items will be handled by one of these partners. There are situations where an auction house, for example, may bring the Client more money for an item(s) than a normal estate sale. If this is the case, the item(s) may be sold in this manner to maximize the sale for the Client. Any decisions such as these would be discussed with the Client prior to doing so.
