Estate Sales:

When it comes to estate sales we are not new to the game; we are just branching out on our own. We have years of experience working, and managing the sales. This experience along with our over 17 years of experience in the vintage business makes us very knowledgeable when it comes to pricing items.
We will come in prior to the sale to evaluate and price items. During this time we will take to photographs of select items for advertisement of your sale. Next comes advertising the sale; we will promote your sale on our website, on all of our socials, and trending Estate Sale sites. To promote the sales we will also put out signs to direct walk-in traffic to the sale.
Estate Clean Outs:
-Remove any excess items from the sale
- Leave the sale rooms empty
- Leave the sale rooms broom swept clean
If you choose to add on our clean out services we will remove all contents from the sale. In doing so we will leave the area of the sale empty and broom swept clean. This option is in an add on to any of our Estate Sale services. If you want to skip the sale process and just have a clean out that is also an option. In situations were you want our Estate Clean Out services with out the sale we will remove any items and leave the space that is beign cleared broom swept.
Hoarder Specials:
-NO job is TOO BIG!
-Analyze items and to determine what is trash and what is treasures
- Stage the sale to the best of our ability
NO JOB IS TOO BIG!! Here at Capo Estate Sales and Clean Outs we specialize in Hoarder Specials and Hoarder homes. When utilizing our Hoard expertise we will go through all items to determine what is trash and what is valuable to run in the sale. In these situations we will work to get the sale looking as stage-able as possible. If you have a hoarder house that is in need of an Estate Sale and Estate Clean Out give us a call. There is NO NEED for YOU to get YOUR hands dirty!

For both our standard Estate Sales and our Hoarder Specials we request that you DO NOT throw any items out prior to us coming to evaluate and analyze your items. What might look like trash to the untrained eye just might be treasures.
