Bronstein Auction Co is a full service estate and business liquidation service that can provide onsite estate and liquidation sales as well as onsite auctions or addition of your items to our weekly public auction at our full service auction house.
Bronstein Auction Co is operated by Lew Bronstein a 20+ year experienced and licensed auctioneer and a very dedicated team! It is important when making the decision to hire some one to handle an estate to consider whether they are licensed the state for their profession. Being a licensed auction company for over 20 years in Florida and our stellar reputation in the community gives you the security to know that your estate will be handled properly and you will be paid in a timely fashion. We are not an out the trunk of our car operation rather a full service liquidation company.
The great part about working with a company that has an auction facility is the answer to the following questions that you may have:
1) What happens to the items that do not sell at the estate sale? The common answer that you may hear is that they may convince you they have a "charity" that will come take it away. Our answer is we take it to our full service auction house and continue doing our job of turning your assets in to cash for you. This eliminates the dilemma of what to do with the unsold items!
2) How do I know I will be paid in a timely fashion? In Florida licensed auction companies are required to remit funds taken on your behalf with in 30 days of collection. There is no such requirement for non state licensed businesses. It is our policy to remit funds 7 days after the final day of the sale! You may pick the check up at our facility or if you desire it will be mailed to you with an accounting of all sales made on your behalf.
3) What do I do if the community doesn't allow sales or for some other reason it is not possible to do the estate on site? Well here is where we really can help by taking the items to our auction house and selling them there! This is the option you only have with an auction company!
