We handle everything from start to finish including advertising the sale, professional signage, setup and getting you the highest possible return for your valuables. We treat your property and your neighbors with respect and operate our sales in a highly professional manner. We accept cash and all major credit cards.
After the sale is complete the home will be returned to you with all trash removed and floors swept or mopped. Any unsold items will be removed and donated or disposed of per your request.
We also offer electronic contract signing if you are unable to be in the area, just send us the key or lock code and in most cases we can handle everything from there including all local and HOA permits.
