Our fees are a fixed percentage of the end-of-sale receipts. We DO NOT charge our clients additional fees for advertising, staff, set-up, etc.
All of our clients can be assured that the monies collected during the estate sale are accounted for and present during the reconciliation at the end of the sale. Our client is paid immediately at the close of the last day of the sale, we do not hold the client's proceeds for any length of time for any reason.
