We have over twenty years of experience in sales and keep a close watch on what the market trends are in your area. Our free on-site consultation will be customized to meet your unique estate and all the advertising needs will be developed with your input. When we take on your estate we handle it as if it were our own relatives life collection. Every item is carefully handled, appraised and tagged for current market trends. During the set-up process we stage and merchandise all the items in the house as if you were walking into a boutique , we don't just open a drawer and never touch the item. The day of the sale our signs won't be missed as they are strategically placed and look professional. We provide a receipt for each day of the sale listing all the items sold. Your sale is generously staffed so we can monitor and answer any questions the customers may have. Estate sales is our business and we have developed this approach to best suit the needs of our clients and it works!

I highly recommend Annie's Attic Estate Sales. After my mother died unexpectedly, we were left with a house full of varying quality of items, from trash to treasure, from practical to precious. Annie and Dawn were not only able to discern these differences, but they also knew how to market to different audiences. Probably most important of all to me was Annie's gentle and compassionate understanding of my grief and respect for my lost loved one's prized possessions. Annie knew this was not just an estate sale; it was also a part of the grieving process--the inevitable need to begin letting go. She made it easier for me to say goodbye to family items that I could not take myself, knowing that other families would now be able to enjoy them. I will always be grateful to the Annie's Attic team for making this difficult process manageable.
