Gold Standard Estate Sales

We are certianly very happy with Gold Standard Estate Sales entire process, and service. We had a death in our family, Our family had very little time to get things organized, We needed help, and fast. Escrow was closing, we needed all the furniture and valuables sold and cleared from the house asap. We called four different company's. Jimmy and Annie showed up the next day, were very sweet, and informative about how Estate Sales are conducted. They gave us every detail, and a estimate of what they felt they could sell. Every day they kept in contact with us during the sale, giving us an update on what we sold, traffic and so on. They also found some unique Art Deco peaces that we had no idea were in our garage. Our family and myself could tell that they cared about us, and the success of the sale. They focused on the details, and our comfort.The entire staff were congenial, and had positive attitudes. In just two weeks of ramp up, and a three day sale, we made roughly 17k. Gold Standard did an Estate sale for me when I had to liquidate a house for my friend who was a hoarder in October 2019. They are an amazing group of people who knows their business, they set up the house for the sale of stuff and they definitely know the value of items and care about your stuff. Jimmy was amazing,taking photos, advertising the sale and kept me informed through the entire process. There was no cost to me for staff, organizing, staging or cleaning up. I was quite embarrassed about the amount of stuff and the condition of the house because it was a hoarders house I had to liquidate, but they kept reassuring me that they will handle it and they really did. Jimmy is very easy to contact and always returned my call or text. I always felt that he was looking out for my best interests during this difficult time.
