Full House Estate Sales

No job too big or small. We are ready to help out. We are very flexible with our rates and the items you do not want to sell. We love working with owners. No hidden charges, just the percentage we quote from the start. Sales run 2-4 days depending on the amount of items you have. Our rates range from 35%-50% of the gross proceeds from the sale. We are also antique dealers and have experience with pricing all of your items. Our goal is to sell everything. In the event certain items do not sell, at the end of sale we have many options with the items which do not sell.

When you come to our sale, immediately you will see we are the most friendly and the most flexible estate sale company in the valley. We tell you to please bring help for large items but guess what? We will most likely end up helping our customers get the items out the door and into your vehicle.
