We are strong organized company that is here to make your transition easier in every way we can. We thrive on getting our job done for you and your family so there is less stress and we know you have a lot on your plate to handle already. We charge 30% for all in home sales. Once we are done with the sale all items are sent to donation and the home is cleared out and ready to go... we also offer cleaning of the home for an additional cost so the house is ready to be sold or for the new owner to take over
