Cash & pre approved checks and credit cards ( purchase price must be $15 or over for credit card purchases) (local checks must be for purchases over $20), WE DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE, PLEASE SHOW UP WITH THE PROPER HELP, WE CANNOT ASSIST YOU IN MOVING HEAVY FURNITURE, NO EXCEPTIONS!. However I am happy to provide movers phone numbers for you.
Please be polite and courteous to other shoppers as well as our staff. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to unruly customers. Items left behind are not saved until the next sale. If you leave an item behind please do not call and ask us to bring it to the next sale.
ALL sales are final, it is up to you to check your merchandise.
We do not answer emails about prices, due to lack of time.
We are NOT responsible for accidents inside or outside on this property.
ANYONE caught stealing will be reported to the police.
If you disrupt the sale the police will be called to assist you off of the property.
We check for counterfeit bills!
No over sized bags or purses are allowed. We reserve the right to check bags at our check out counter.
We do NOT provide a moving service but we can provide you with numbers of local movers that you can pay to have your furniture moved.
Any descriptions placed on the picture section of this sale are purely descriptive, For instance chairs with pillow featured do not necessarily meant that the pillows are included. China pictured on tables does not mean that the china is included with the table.
Often we sell used furniture, if it has been repaired or has surface damage remember it is being sold "AS IS". It is your responsibility to check your items prior to purchasing them.

The garage is full of great tools and there is fishing equipment, elegant vintage mahogany furniture, crystal, full kitchen, jewelry, coins, fishing rods and reels, knife collection, Jam PACKED kitchen with nice ( some new) pots and pans, flatware) Fiesta dinnerware set in sunny yellow, rock collection, books on history, fiction, Bible, wildlife and more! and more.
SORRY! Do not ask questions about items and pricing in our sales, due to a seven day a work schedule there just isn't enough time. Just come to the sale, it will be fun!
