Cash & pre approved checks and credit cards ( purchase price must be $15 or over for credit card purchases) (local checks must be for purchases over $20), WE DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE, PLEASE SHOW UP WITH THE PROPER HELP, WE CANNOT ASSIST YOU IN MOVING HEAVY FURNITURE, NO EXCEPTIONS!. However I am happy to provide movers phone numbers for you.
Please be polite and courteous to other shoppers as well as our staff. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to unruly customers. Items left behind are not saved until the next sale. If you leave an item behind please do not call and ask us to bring it to the next sale.
ALL sales are final, it is up to you to check your merchandise.
We do not answer emails about prices, due to lack of time.
We are NOT responsible for accidents inside or outside on this property.
ANYONE caught stealing will be reported to the police.
If you disrupt the sale the police will be called to assist you off of the property.
We check for counterfeit bills!
No over sized bags or purses are allowed. We reserve the right to check bags at our check out counter.
We do NOT provide a moving service but we can provide you with numbers of local movers that you can pay to have your furniture moved.
Any descriptions placed on the picture section of this sale are purely descriptive, For instance chairs with pillow featured do not necessarily meant that the pillows are included. China pictured on tables does not mean that the china is included with the table.
Often we sell used furniture, if it has been repaired or has surface damage remember it is being sold "AS IS". It is your responsibility to check your items prior to purchasing them.
INSPECT YOUR MERCHANDISE BEFORE YOU PAY! IF WE HOLD AN ITEM FOR YOU AT CHECK OUT IT IS CONSIDERED SOLD.

Many items will be half off Saturday! This beautiful sale consists of many high quality and custom made furniture and decor. Keep in mind that we DO NOT move furniture for you and due to the steep driveway a moving company is suggested. The clothing is very nice ( men's and women's) we have a full kitchen, two generators in the garage as well as some other great items through out the home. There is a large collection of sports memorabilia and many autographed items. We also have some gold, silver and coins. This is a large home so plan on taking some time to go through it.
SORRY, we do not answer questions regarding the pricing of items in our sales. There just isn't enough time.
ALL items purchased MUST be removed prior to the last day of the sale by noon.
