Haul your own goods. we have no movers on site. We cannot guarantee there is a furniture dolly onsite. Please bring your own.
however...local delivery can be arranged for a fee at a later time.
We have shopping baskets, bags and boxes, but first come first served. if you think you may need, bring a tote or canvas bag.
All goods are sold 'as-is', 'where-is' as shown. INSPECT YOUR ITEMS!!! no refunds!!!!!!!!!!! or alterations!
Sorry, we do not discuss prices before the sale via phone, text or email. unless a buy it now option is available.

we use the discount card system, flyers will be distributed for discount schedule. out it all goes!
When necessary, we will limit number of entry for safety sake when we first open .no sign-in for this home, but if line is quite long in the morning, we may let so many in at a time. we open at listed times, not a minute sooner. no large purses/totes/strollers/pets/etc. unless a tote is empty, and using for transporting your bought items.
please be respectful of the owners property inside and out. as this is the owners personal property, until you buy it. thanks!
so far weather looks to be great! this will be one of the most amazing sales. we will be selling most everything from this wonderful estate. rare items to be included, including rare whiteside county book. old paper weights, amazing high quality furniture, and more. and yes, those are wallace nutting! please watch as we add more pics as we start staging the home monday before the sale. to make this a sale everyone will want to see, we will be offering everything at sale time. please dont call rick with questions till we get more info. on the items we will be selling, and better pics. this will be a great sale for those of my customers who drive from the chicago area. you are sure to find a treasure! AND ATTACHED GARAGE WILL BE OPEN AND FULL TOO! NO BIG BAGS/ PURSES/ TOTES!!!!!!!!!!! THEY WILL BE CHECKED AT THE DOOR AND NOT ALLOWED IN!!
