We’re Sauk Valley Estate Sales, a year-round family-owned and operated business conducting estate, moving, and downsizing sales in the Sauk Valley and surrounding areas since 2010. We are a professional and ethical multi-functional company specializing in in-home staging tag sales, ‘bare walls’ cleanouts, and estate buyouts if family and friends have not taken out too much. And consultations upon customer request.

· Estate Sales – We handle everything from start to finish. We stage the sale and organize and remove items deemed too damaged to sell. We research your items and market your sale to obtain the highest turn-out and receive the most value for your items.
· Estate and Business Buyout Liquidations – When a traditional sale is not desired, a buyout or estate ‘liquidation’ may be staged. Please contact us for more information and a free consultation.
· Cleanouts - We sort property, organize contents, and haul items of an estate away for donation or trash removal if required. We offer cleanouts for clients who want to downsize or declutter when a loved one passes away.
· Online Auctions - In some rare cases, we utilize online auction platforms or web services such as Facebook Marketplace to ensure that your high-value items reach the limits of their purchase power.
