The home is in the Wesleyville area for planning purposes. While you pick up your items from the auction, you’ll have the opportunity to check out the other items that weren’t included in the auction but will be available the day of pick up!

Hi There! We have a wonderful online auction in the works starting on Friday, April 23rd at 8:00am. The items included in this online auction are from a neat and tidy, well maintained home in Erie. The very nice gentleman sold his home in 1 day! A retired teacher of 38 years in the Erie area, he has now made the decision to move south to a fully furnished condo and has a quality assortment of furnishings, tools, garden equipment, kitchen essentials, collectibles, and more fun items that are looking for a new home.
A preview/inspection day is scheduled for this Saturday, April 24th from 10am-1pm which gives you the opportunity to see the items in person. If you would like to schedule an appointment for inspection day, or have any further questions about any of the items, please feel free to call/text Chris at 814.-504-9532. The online auction is hosted at estatesales.net where you can get in on the bidding action. If you hadn't already done so, you'll need to sign-up for a simple account on estatesales.net to actively bid. The online auction bidding is a "hard close" process , similar to Ebay, as opposed to a "soft close" process used by other online auction platforms, which extends the time if there is active bidding towards the end. There is no time extension using this particular platform. The bidding ends when the allotted time for each item expires, which is displayed under each item. Also, entering a maximum "max" bid doesn't necessarily mean you will pay your maximum bid. The system will automatically keep bidding on your behalf against other bidders up to your placed "max" bid for convenience purposes.
