Ended jewelry set with emeralds, diamonds, gold

The photos show a necklace plus a pair of earrings, all consisting of emeralds, diamonds, and yellow gold. The necklace features 8 emerald-cut emeralds flanking a detachable quasi- heart shape of emerald encircled by diamonds. The earrings are also heart shape, each featuring a medial rank of emeralds flanked by rows of diamonds on yellow gold hear shape. We have a Bailey Banks & Biddle appraisal from 2002, valuing the bail pendant at $4,500 and the necklace without the bail at $12,500. We have paid for another appraisal for resale value, putting the necklace with pendant at $5,500 and the pair of earrings at $1,500. We will gladly provide both appraisals upon purchase. We will sell the necklace with pendant independently of the earrings, buyer's choice.
