~You receive a full 65% of total sale. You pay us nothing ahead of the sale and nothing afterward. There are NO surprise fees with us. The 35% percent obtained by us pays for all that is required to advertise and operate a professional sale while inviting and attracting our extensive and exclusive buyer network.
1st LEG: Your only job: Decide which treasures you and other family members will be keeping (This is your only job). Donate nothing, Throw nothing away. You never know what treasures may abound.
2nd LEG: Call us! (804-339-6159) We'll go over our process, discuss your specific needs and answer your initial questions.
3rd LEG: We'll happily come out at no charge and offer our best recommendations, provide you with a brief, straightforward contract for your perusal and answer all of your questions. If a successful estate sale is indicated, we'll walk you through the process and thoroughly explain the logistics.
4th LEG : Determine a date! Both parties sign the contract and necessary copies are dispersed.
5th LEG: Sit back and Relax while Legacy works their magic staging, pricing, advertising and conducting your sale. Feel free to chime in with any information or stories on particularly unique pieces; IT ALWAYS HELPS!
6th LEG: Be confident that Meredith & Sean are finding new homes for your family's treasures.
7th LEG: Meredith and Sean will arrange to meet you with your check in hand, usually within 3 business days after sale ends.
8th LEG: Tell all of your friends, family, colleagues and neighbors about us. Write a testimonial. Share your story on our Facebook page. Let us know how we served you and how we can serve you better.
