Hello, I am Brent Tuggle, the owner of POWERHOUSE Estate Sales, with my associate Angie Alexander, we have a combined background of 35 years in sales, marketing, merchandising and building great rapport with a variety of clients and businesses in Fortune 500 hundred companies. I am positive we can accomplish the goal you are looking to achieve. We will effectively evaluate your estate in a consultation at no charge and at your convenience.

There are a variety of circumstances that require an estate sale to be conducted; it could be you are simply downsizing, moving, a passing of a family member, divorce or moving out of the state or country. We can discuss and arrange according to your needs.

My team will conduct a professional, respectful and successful sale for you and your estate. Powerhouse is a licensed, insured and bonded company, safety and professionalism is top priority for our clients.

My team will stage, price and research items to ensure you’re getting the most value for your estate. We stage the sale for your quests to see all the contents you will have to offer them. My team will help keep your contents organized as the sale is in progress and answer any questions the quest may have. I will also have extra eyes watching where needed.

We advertise in multiple places from PHESTN.Com, EstateSales.Net, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Signage and Print Etc. My company will cover the Knoxville and surrounding areas and are not limited to further locations in Tennessee.

The emotions and all the unassigned possessions that remain after a family member’s death can be so overwhelming. Mine also involved a day’s air travel to the home with no other family members in the state. Who do you trust? I had a professional resource at home in Connecticut who educated me on what to look for and what to ask from an estate sale company. When my brother and I met with Brent and Angie, we knew we’d found the right people.
