We know how to determine the cash value of all manner of items, how to sell it, and to whom to sell it. We have long-term relationships with collectors, dealers, art historians, decorators, and designers, plus an extensive mailing list. If you have high-value items, rest assured we have the buyers who can and will pay fair market value for them.
We sell anything and everything in our estate sales – all the contents of the house & garage: furnishings, crystal, china, silver & gold, costume & fine jewelry, porcelain, pottery, automobiles, boats, books, designer items, clothing, antiques, collectibles, and artwork, along with the pots, pans, tools, appliances, TVs, stereos etc., etc. WE SELL IT ALL.
Once we start, our procedure usually involves a two to three week process in which we clean, organize, display, research, and price your items, though this could be shorter or longer depending on the complexity of the sale. Then, over 2 to 4 days (8AM-3PM each day), we offer the entire contents of the estate at an Estate Sale. When the sale is concluded, a professional accounting of the sale will be made to you within 3 to 5 business days and a cashier’s check for the net amount of the sale less commissions and any fees is given to you.
