We are long-time Lehigh Valley residents who have been married for more than 30 years and have three adult children – Evan, Molly and Emily – who will also be involved in the family business. Susan has spent the last 30 years in healthcare sales and marketing. Brian has a background in technology sales and sales management. Throughout our professional careers, we always wanted to have a positive impact on others and the community we live in.
We have both been impacted by the kinds of situations our clients are facing and, because of this, we understand what it takes to get through difficult transitions. Brian is an only child and, when his mother passed away, we were left with the daunting task of going through a lifetime of memories to clear her house. We did not live in the same area, which made the process even more difficult. Susan’s parents lived in an independent living community and, at the same time her father needed hospice and skilled care, her mother needed to be moved to assisted living. Our combined personal experience and the desire to help seniors and their families navigate through these stressful events led us to Caring Transitions.
