My name is Susan Sterling and I have been in the antique and liquidation business since the 1980's.  S. Sterling Estate Sales can provide our clients with any services needed for liquidating personal property.  We specialize in estates featuring antiques and collectibles, but often conduct moving, closing home, or partial estate sales as well.  I am certified by the Lucas County Probate Office as an appraiser.  My services include cleaning, pricing and organizing items pre-sale, extensive advertising including our private email list of repeat customers, conducting sale with experienced staff,  clean-up and removal of all items after sale.  I work with my clients to determine how to disperse items not sold.  I often donate to various charities with my clients receiving the tax receipt or take valuable pieces on consignment if they happen to not sell.  We leave your property clean and ready for the next step in the process.    I understand that liquidation is often a difficult process and try very hard to meet the needs of my clients in a sensitive manner.  In addition to conducting sales I also take consignment items or purchase outright on occasion.  Thank you for your consideration.
