Founded in 2006, after a 25 year career in antiques and design, Karen Olson's Blueberry Hill Galleries in Dutchess County, NY provides comprehensive services for conducting estate sales, liquidations, removal of home contents and personal property appraisals. Our company works with individuals and professionals to liquidate furnishings within a home. We also have brokerage services available for selling valuable fine art and collectibles.

When conducting an Estate Sale, Karen and her staff have the ability to empty the contents of an average estate within three to five working days. Our process is methodical and it works. We begin by accessing the contents of the home and whether we feel any items should go to auction or be put up for private sale. We then organize the remaining household goods and prepare them for sale, we donate some items not appropriate for sale and we discard items that can no longer be used. Our services and skills are customized for each client's individual situation or professional need. The cost of these services vary and are either fee-based, commission based or a combination of both which is determined after the initial consultation session.

Years of experience working for auction galleries and appraisers, combined with a degree in interior design give Karen a unique background and strong foundation when it comes to evaluating the contents a client's home.
