I would like to thank you for your work on my parents house in Princeton. My sister and I appreciated your professionalism from the first interaction to the final clean out of the house. Your ability to come in and educate us about the value of everything in the house and assure us that we didn't need to do a complete clean out of the house offered us tremendous comfort and significantly reduced the overwhelming feeling at the task of having to clean out my parents house of 40 years. Although it is always difficult to part with so many memories and cherished items, we took comfort in the fact that you had carefully researched and estimated the fair market value for each of these items. knowing that my parents cherished items found a good home is also a tremendous sense of comfort.
You managed all of the logistics incredibly well and from what I heard your sale drew a very large crowd which was wonderful to hear. And perhaps the steps that we were most grateful for were the after sale activities. The fact that you went into the house and selected leftover items to sell in your place of business, and arranged for the clean out of all the remaining items was so appreciated. My sister and I kept saying how grateful we were for all the work you were doing (and saving us from doing) in arranging the cleaning out of the house of all its items as we prepared it to go on the market.
