On-premises sales of household items. We are dedicated to making your sale experience as smooth and profitable as possible. Estate liquidation / Tag sale / Appraisal services and Cleanout Services are available for Central New Jersey, South Jersey as well as North Jersey.

Services are provided right up to settlement. They include: setup, pricing, advertising, conducting the sale, removal of unsold items, appraisers' fees, overseeing cleanup and leaving the premises broom clean.

Any unsold items remain the property of the owner, who decides what is done with them in the end. Items that do not sell are removed upon request.

Thanks Olga, that was my first estate sale. Very cool experience, surprised by how many people there were. You did a good job.
