Dear Mara,

I would like to commend you and your team of dedicated sales personnel on the very successful estate sale of my late father’s effects that Treasure Evermore organized and ran on April 16 – 17, 2016. Prior to contracting your services, I had contacted a number of other outfits, who were rather dismissive of the value in the estate articles. That Treasure Evermore was able to more than double their sales estimates is a ringing endorsement of your acumen over these other amateurs.

I attribute this accomplishment to your expertise in the three cornerstones of estate sales: effective marketing to a wide network of regular customers and commercial buyers, intelligent, aesthetic and effective staging of the sale items and continual restaging during the event, and, most importantly, the efforts of numerous motivated, personable and engaging sales personnel. Since nothing ever sells by itself, liberal commissions are essential for high volume. I was truly astounded at some of the prices that were paid for objects that I thought would have to be hauled away.

Thank you for taking care of a complicated and quite emotional event with alacrity and élan.

I was so pleased with not only in-house sale, but the help you gave me in emptying out my home of 50+ years.
After a few days I thought of you as family. You did more for me and my chiildren then I had ever expected and we all say we couldn't have gotten the job done without you.

Mara has helped us with the sale of 2 homes. In both cases, 1 an estate and the other our home, she helped organize and run the estate and moving sales, than took over the sale of the homes. She worked with us, helped set the house up for staging and led us through the selling process. Mara was wonderful. I can't say enough good things about her. She helped me through a difficult time following my father's death; she not only got his home sold in record time, but also did the estate sale. And when I became ill before the closing, she found contractors to do all the necessary work  at reasonable prices - this would have been difficult for me in the best of times, as I live hundreds of miles away, and that was not the best of times.
