Your Estate Solutions was formed from a need I saw during my twenty plus years in the Auction business. During that time I frequently found myself faced with situations where an auction simply would not have met the needs of my clients. As someone who prizes themselves on their commitment to customer service, I spent several years researching and testing the best ways of applying my skills to uphold this commitment. Chief among the needs I saw not being met were situations where the traditional auction experience would have been appropriate, such as times of family stress or fast paced moves. The estate sale model allows me to give my customers the personal touch I felt was missing- all within the comfort of their own homes. One additional item that needs mentioning. The estate sale at Lake Norman was held immediately following freezing temperatures and snow. The house was vacant so Faye Perry spent the night to make sure there was no damage from freezing.

Faye, Elaine and Gary liquidated the contents of our home in 2 sale days ! 48 years of accumulated possessions were sold in a very professional way. All three of these fine people worked tirelessly for 2 days before the sale to accurately price each item. Our things were displayed attractively for sale.The sale was very well advertised and the response was huge. Faye, Elaine and Gary greeted each customer warmly and were very eager to answer questions about the items. I received several texts each day to update me on the progress of the sale. Our home was treated with respect and no damage to the property resulted from all the traffic.We never could have run a sale with such great results ! There was very little to send off for auction at the end. We would happily recommend Your Estate Solutions to everyone in need of this service! Thank you !!!!
