Our only regret is that my brother and I tried to handle cleaning out our father's estate ourselves. We saw first hand how difficult it can be to go through a full house and outbuildings. Fortunately, a friend referred us to Eric and his group and we wish would would have called them in earlier! Eric and his folks took on the job and made it seamless and effortless for us. Eric was always at the house during set-up and on sale days. We even snuck back on the sale days and couldn't believe the crowd! Eric really knows how to run his business. We contacted Eric, he stepped in and kept us from getting stressed out during the entire process.
