Chris and Terri Dickson, owners of Blue Moon of the Triad, did our estate sale recently in Greensboro, NC. From the the very first interview until the last sweep of the broom and final check promptly in hand, my husband and I don’t think the entire event could have gone more smoothly, professionally, or any better. These two people and their team are absolutely first rate and classy people. They stand by their word and are highly ethical people; something that can be rather hard to find in today’s world of ours. They and their team do their work efficiently, promptly, and with the utmost integrity. Plus they are just a joy to work with. They were always early to appointments, they always conducted their work with a smile on their face and never appeared to get frazzled. The people they hire under them share the same positive, tireless attitude and are just plain good people. The amount of work they get done in a short period of time is staggering!! But we never heard one complaint or negative comment from them or their team…. that truly amazed me. Every time we would get anxious or a little worried about any aspect of the sale, they without fail reassured us that it would all work out just fine and guess what…. it did! We couldn’t have been happier with the final check we received for our belongings. We had a big house with 4 bedrooms, over 5100 sq.ft. on two floors & preparing to move out of state. We put about 85% of everything we owned into the sale. We estimate they sold over 95% of everything in the sale…. and sold many of the items FOR A HIGHER PRICE than we would have asked. Over 500 people walked through our house over three days (including one very rainy day), but they made sure no walls, floors or any part of the home were harmed. And when the sale was over, they made sure the entire house was swept, picked up, and they even vacuumed!! All we can say is “WOW”!! We send you both and your wonderful team our heartfelt “Thank you and God bless”! If you are considering doing an estate sale, don’t even hesitate to sign them up!

Our elderly family member had to move out of her home of 37 years. As her only son and daughter-in-law, we had to arrange the cleaning and sale of her house from a long distance. There were too many items for a garage sale and no one to help us to deal with a consignment store.

My friend recommended we do an estate sale so I found Blue Moon Estate Sales online and our realtor also recommended them.

From the moment I contacted Chris and Terri Dickson at Blue Moon Estate Sales until the completion of the sale, we could not have been happier! They had to deal with a large house with a lot of junk and disorganization. Their ability to organize a chaotic house for an estate sale in record time deserves an award!! They kept us informed of every detail by phone and email, including pictures of how everything was being organized and done. They were very knowledgeable and patient with our many questions. They did research on items when it was not clear what the value was.

The estate sale was a big success! When it was completed they found an auction company to take the small number of items that were leftover.

We received the money and sales receipts without delay.

They treated us like family and they have become family to us.

Blue Moon estate sales of the triad - Greensboro handled the estate sale for my late parents. They did their preparation for about 10 days prior to the actual sale date. They found things that they knew we would NOT want to sell and set them aside for for us. They actually found a suitcase with cash $$ in it and reported it to us.
