services providers. We will come in, clean out a home, and facilitate a sale of the items within

However, while there are numerous estate sale services available to clientele, Owen Estate Sales
sets itself apart through its thoroughness and diligence. In preparing our sales, we focus on
details that other service providers simply overlook, such as cleaning homes of all debris, setting
aside all family documents and pictures, replacing lightbulbs, and cleaning surfaces and floors.
We meticulously go through all areas of the house (closets, drawers, attics, outside storage, etc.)
in an effort to find all sellable items and to completely empty the estate. This methodology
insures that, by the time we have gone, the homes we prepare are realtor ready.
Our attention to detail can be further seen at the time of our sales, which are advertised in
numerous locations to maximize visibility. During these sales, we are fully staffed, provide a
boxing/wrapping service for customers, and have insured that everything within the estate is
properly priced, cleaned, and displayed. In addition to this, we will typically have an antique
expert on site to help convey information about more notable items to potential buyers. All of
these aspects help to make our sales more enjoyable for the customers, and more profitable for
the owner of the estate. After a sale has been completed, we will also help to arrange for a
donation of the unsold items to the charity of your choice,
