RULES
Everything we sell is Guaranteed to be Authentic, so we do have a few rules in place for consignment.
It'll be sunny (we hope)! Temp 2133.
YOU CAN NOT BID ON YOUR OWN ITEMS: If you are caught, you will be banned from all future sales.
GRADED CARDS: We only take cards graded by PSA, Beckett, SGC, CSG, & CGC (We no longer take BCCG. If not listed, we do not take it)
We do offer grading submissions through CSG starting at $12 & CGC starting at $15 a card. We do suggest this on higher end ungraded cards. Here's more info https://www.elitecollecting.com/card-grading
Pre 1930's Cards: We now require any card 1930 or earlier to be authenticated before we sell it. There's too many fakes floating around online. The cost for us to send it in to CSG is $12 a card unless the value of the exceeds $500.
AUTOGRAPHS: Must be certified by Topps, Panini, PSA, JSA, Beckett, Fanatics, Upper Deck, Tristar, or any other well-known name
We do offer authentication & encapsulation through PSA and can send in items starting at $14 for basic Certifications and discounted pricing on anything up to $150. We do offer a discount on bulk Here's more info https://www.elitecollecting.com/autograph-authentication
REPRINTS: No Fakes or Reproductions! Must be a licensed reprint marked reprint! This is something we take very seriously. If you send us multiple fakes, you will be banned from our sales.
CUSTOM CARDS: We will not take custom or home printed cards. They must be licensed. If a grading company won't grade it, we most likely won't take it. Example:Iconic Ink is very deceiving and for a new collector, they may think it's a real signature. We do not want these in our auctions.
TRIMMED/ALTERED CARDS: We will only take altered/trimmed cards if they are stated trimmed, encapsulated, certified and authenticated by a reputable grading company. If you bring us trimmed cards that are raw, there's a good chance you will be banned from our auctions.
BULK: We are not taking any groups, lots, or bulk at this time. Only individual items.
COMPLETE SETS: We are not taking sets at this time.
NEW PRODUCT: Must be factory sealed. No complete sets at this time.
Late 1980's & 1990's Sports Cards: These are considered junk era cards. These were highly mass produced. If you do submit cards from this era, I would only suggest higher graded cards, big name rookies and super stars. Examples: Ken Griffey Jr., Bo Jackson, Barry Bonds, Nolan Ryan, Michael Jordan. Use your best judgement before submitting cards since we do have a minimum fee per an item.
Any items we won't take will be returned to you at your expense.
How to Consign Sports & Pokemon Cards
All items must be individual cards valued at $15 or more! (NO BULK LOTS)
Register on our Website at https://elite-collectibles.com/ for an upcoming auction (This is so we can add you in the system as a seller)
Choose the next upcoming auction and click Register To Bid.
Click register to bid again and it will ask you to read the terms and submit registration.
Make sure all cards are picture ready!
Only RAW or Clean Penny Sleeves (NO CARDSAVERS OR TOPLOADERS, Only use Toploaders on cards valued $50 or more)
Factory Sealed Cards in Cases are ok
Make sure there is NO Tape, Residue or Stickers. If the card is factory sealed, that's ok!
Put Individual Raw Cards in a Small Folding 100 or 200 ct Carboard Box or 2 Piece Sliding Case and make sure they are protected and don't slide around in the box.
NO Card Savers or Toploaders (Cases show too many scratches). If you send cards in toploaders they will be pictured however they are sent, so we suggest not having them in dirty or scratched cases.
Put all your cards in the order you want them sold (More Valuable items 1st) & keep them in that order when consigning
Type a detailed list through email or excel with Year, Brand, Player, Card number, Grading Company, Grade, #/# and any other information
Example: (This is for inventory and insurance purposes, and we must have this)
1996-97 Topps Finest Kobe Bryant #269 RC PSA 9
1999 Pokemon Charizard 4/102 Rare Holo (If you know the set go ahead and add it, but it's not necessary)
Try to keep everything in one column per an item
Make sure to mention any scratches, stains, creases or any other flaws
Do not put a grade unless it's professionally graded
Again, make sure everything is in the same order it is on your list before consigning

For cards and sports collectibles we are 3-4 weeks out. So, it will take about a month for us to sell them.

If an item is not paid for, we will run it in another upcoming auction.
We will not list your cards until you are registered in the system, so make sure to follow the directions on step one!

Make sure everything is in cardboard (we prefer) or cases with all information written on the coin Year, Date, Type, Errors and also specify if it's silver or gold and percentage).
Put all the coins in order by type (Dollars, Half Dollars, Quarters, Dimes, Nickels & Etc....)
Type a detailed list (Preferably Excel) of what you are consigning
Again, make sure everything is in the same order it is on your list before consigning
