Second Hand Rose LLC

Family owned business, licensed & insured with a certified appraiser on staff. Our goal is to present each sale in its best light. To do this, we clean, arrange and display to reflect a home's best "side." We work only by contract so there is no misunderstandings between our company and the client. Contracts must be notarized and two copied are made so Second-Hand Rose and the client both have copies.  We also video the sale three times: when we first enter the house after signing a contract, a second time just as the sale is completely set up, and a final video as the house looks just as we are closing the door for the last time.
