Our committed attitude and meticulous attention to detail ensures that we spend the necessary time for your sale, instead of worrying about how many hours we have invested or moving on to our next sale.
THE BASICS:
Our sales start with an initial consultation. This consultation is free. We do NOT charge anything upfront. Our standard commission starts at 35% which we deduct from your proceeds at the end of the sale. We do charge the cost of advertising which is also deducted at the end of the sale. While our primary advertisement is on estatesales.net, we also place ads with The Joplin Globe, on Craigslist, our website, and Facebook.
