Chris is so talented! She has a gift of making boxes of treasures, truly look like treasures the way she displays them.
Her staff is amazing...professional, personable and kind to everyone attending the sale.
And I totally trust both Chris and Tom. I gave them access to my Mom's house for 10 days prior to the sale. They were discrete and took the utmost precautions for safety.

I can't praise Tom and his crew enough for all the help I got. I sold my house on Friday, 6/10, and the new owners wanted to close on 6/16. I called Tom right away and BAM!!! he went to work right away. I had 17 years of trash and treasures to get out and stored. We didn't make it by the 16th (it really was impossible) but my house was cleaned out and left in wonderful shape for the new owners. He even had his wife come help him and they worked until midnight. This company is all about the customer and they will go through hell and high water to make you happy. I know because that's what he did for me and I love them all for it! Never be able to thank you enough, Optimum!

I ve been to several of their sales, I've found some great treasures for fair pricing. I have found the sales to be well organized and the staff to be very professional.
