Founded in 1980, Midwest Liquidators is a Sole Proprietor Business owned by Tim Fitzsimmons. A professional auction, estate sale, asset location & securing, and appraisal service, we have built an excellent reputation for honesty and maximizing proceeds for our clients. We feel we have met that fine line between our loyalty to our clients and our buyers. NOTHING is sold before the sale (a huge conflict!) to customers or Midwest staff! Better Business Bureau members for over 3 decades and accredited member since 1998 with ZERO complaints filed! Nearly 800 auctions, estate sales, and appraisals completed in the last 42 years! This is what we do full time, 7 days a week. Not a sideline or hobby! We have been at our same commercial location for over 3 decades. We are one of the very few remaining true estate sale companies that still work on a flat commission with NO expenses charged to our clients!
