Osborne Auction Service LLC (formerly Midland Bid Junkies - new name, same great service) offers online estate or business liquidation sales. We also offer traditional live auction sales. Each sale is unique. There is no cookie cutter way of doing things. We cater each sale individually based on location, timeline of seller(s), quantity and type of items. Each sale is one-of-a-kind. Every effort is made to liquidate items in a caring and professional manner. Our goal is to preserve items to be handed down to the next generation, to be repurposed, or to be used as intended.
What we do, so you don't have to:
- Complete sale setup; including cleaning, sorting & organizing
- Research of items
- Advertising to target markets for best sale results
- Itemized listing of all items sold
- Professional clerk & cashier for live auctions
- Tents & tables provided
- Taking care of all of the logistics from packing to parking
- Food venue provided for live auctions
- Clean and pristine site after the sale
- All items are dealt with during the sale so afterwards all you have to do is go to the bank!
