Welcome to the Market House a licensed, bonded and insured estate sale and downsizing company. We also prepare personal property appraisals. 

The Market House is owned and operated by Carol Walser, a Maryland Native who grew up in the DMV and has raised her family in Bethesda, Maryland. Local knowledge and professional personal service is what gives The Market House an edge over the competition. If you need a sale in the Maryland, Virginia or the Washington DC area, we are the company to call for your estate sale or downsizing needs!   

Our staff is from the Bethesda, Chevy Chase and Washington, DC area, and have a vast knowledge when it comes to pricing and selling your personal property.
