Capital Online Auctions is an online only auction site. 
We can come to your location and take high resolution pictures of all of your assets.  We will write descriptions, categorize and post all of your items on your own online only auction.  All of the bidding takes place online.  We can schedule a preview inspection to give the potential buyers the opportunity to see everything, but that is not necessary.  We will market your items on Craigslist, estatesales.net, and to our database of people always looking to buy from our auctions.
All of the winning bidders will be responsible to pick up all of the items on one date.  You can place reserve prices, meaning if no one bids as high as your minimum reserve, that item would not be sold.  One great advantage of our format is that the buyers will all be negotiating with each other, as opposed to you negotiating with one potential buyer at a time. 
At a traditional estate sale, resellers often come first thing in the morning and will usually make a lower offer than you may have received if hundreds or thousands of people have already seen the item online, and can bid from the comfort of their home.  If anyone bids on an item in the final 3 minutes, that item is automatically extended 3 minutes(and will keep extending as long as there is a bid in the 3 minute extension(s) to simulate a live auction. 
You will not have to sit around all day waiting for people to come to your estate sale, bad weather will not affect our online only auctions.
